This is a hard rock/progressive heavy metal band from Toronto, Ontario, Canada called Intervals. The track below, which, like many of their others, is rather long at 8:34 (which The Maestro happens to like), is called A Voice Within, taken from their third album by the same name which was released on March 4, 2014. Their first two EPs were: The Space Between (2011) and In Time (2012) and were instrumental. A Voice Within is their first album that introduces vocals into the mix.
